Daniel is the founding principal at LSL Advisors. He specializes in representing tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office & retail space. He develops strategic solutions for relocations, expansions, consolidations, renewals, occupancy cost reductions and lease negotiations.

Daniel’s market knowledge, creativity and work ethic is reflected in his track record. He has successfully negotiated many transactions on behalf of his clients, some of which include industry-leading firms in the Financial Services, Fashion, and TAMI (Tech, Advertising, Media and Information) sectors. Some of his notable work includes transactions with: Verizon, Mt. Sinai, Sound Cloud, Columbia Sportswear, Mansur Gavriel, Braze Inc., The Real Real, Findlay Galleries, We Work, New York Life, Aurelie Bidermann, F**kJerry, Bravo Media.

Daniel has represented Manhattan properties totaling nearly 2.5 million square feet. Some of the notable properties include 295 Madison Avenue, 101 Fifth Avenue, 155 Fifth Avenue, 60 Madison Avenue, 384 Fifth Avenue, 50 Greene Street, 38 Greene Street, 64 Wooster Street, 7 West 45th Street, 53 West 36th Street & 44 East 32nd Street, among others.

In 2014 the Commercial Observer honored Daniel as one of the “30 under 30” Rising Real Estate Stars in New York City. 

Prior to founding LSL Advisors, Daniel served as Managing Director at MHP Real Estate Services. In that capacity, he was responsible for landlord & tenant representation and specialized in the midtown and midtown south sub-markets of Manhattan. In 2012 Daniel was the recipient of the prestigious MHP "Rising Star" Award.

David has been honored six times by The Commercial Observer as one of the 100 most powerful people in New York Real Estate.

Throughout his career, he has sold more than $2 billion of real estate to his clients. Some of his most notable sales include 295 Madison Avenue, a partial interest sale of 180 Madison Avenue, the package of 256 West 38th Street and 252 West 37th Street, 485 Seventh Avenue and 177 Lafayette Street which became the first WeWork location in Manhattan. Of note, David represented Luxottica, the leader in premium luxury and sports eyewear in their purchase of 1 West 37th Street.

David has leased more than 4 million square feet in New York. He represented TeamLab, the Japanese digital experiential art museum (with partner Pace Gallery) in the leasing of 55,000 RSF at Industry City in Brooklyn. Other notable leases include Walt Disney for 45,000 RSF, Northrop Grumman 60,000 RSF, Scripps/HGTV 77,000 RSF, BCBG/Max Azria 42,000 RSF, Switch and Data 40,000 RSF and Jordache 35,000 RSF. As leasing agent, he successfully represented 1180 Avenue of the Americas, 485 Seventh Avenue, 1450 Broadway and 101 Fifth Avenue, among others.

Prior to LSL Advisors, David served as Executive Managing Director and then as President of Brokerage Services for eight years at MHP Real Estate Services, growing the sales force from 13 brokers to 45.
